Narrative:
Unit #2 (a U.P.S. truck) was driving Westbound on St. Clair Avenue approaching 79th Street. Alvin L. Williams was driving his Suzuki Motorcyle Westbound on St. Clair Avenue approaching the U.P.S. truck at a high rate of speed. As the U.P.S. truck started making a left turn, Williams attempted to pass the U.P.S. truck on the left shoulder, and stuck the front driver's side of the truck. Williams was later declared deceased at Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital. Williams was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
