Narrative:
Unit one was traveling I-70/55 westbound at milepost 13.4. Units two and three were traveling eastbound on I-70/55 at milepost 13 in the left lane. Unit one traveled through the median and through the cable wire barrier. As unit one entered the eastbound lanes of traffic the passenger side of unit one was struck by the front unit two. Unit three was changing from the left to the right lane and the front of unit three then struck the front passenger side of unit one. Unit three then struck the guardrail on the right (south) side of the road.
Traffic crash reconstruction officers were called to the scene and the crash is still pending investigation.
No citations were issued.
