COLLINSVILLE, IL � Lieutenant Parsons, Interim District 11 Commander, announces the DUI enforcement activity for the week of Monday, December 6 through Sunday, December 12. District 11 Troopers arrested and charged the following subjects with Driving Under the Influence (DUI):
* Jullian Piland, age 21, from Troy, Illinois. Arrested on December 6, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Zachary Hartipence, age 22, from Staunton, Illinois. Arrested on December 15, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Paul Naylor, age 23, from Wood River, Illinois. Arrested on December 8, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Terrance Redd, age 44, from Cahokia, Illinois. Arrested on December 11, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* William Stevenson, age 32, from Worden, Illinois. Arrested on December 11, 2010 in Madison County.
* Jessica Gasaway, age 30, from Belleville, Illinois. Arrested on December 11, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Stephanie McGuire, age 36, from Hardin, Illinois. Arrested December 11, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Dennis Sleeper, age 40, from Granite City, Illinois. Arrested December 11, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
THE PUBLIC IS REMINDED THAT ALL ARRESTED PERSONS ARE MERELY ACCUSED OF THE CHARGES AGAINST THEM AND ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
