COLLINSVILLE, IL � Lieutenant Parsons, Interim District 11 Commander, announced the DUI enforcement activity for the week of Monday, November 29 through Sunday, December 5. District 11 Troopers arrested and charged the following subjects with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Zero Tolerance:
* Rachael Mascenik, age 29, of Collinsville, Illinois. Arrested on November 30, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Stephen Caines, age 30, of St. Charles, Missouri. Arrested on December 1, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Stephanie Hegger, age 37 of St. Louis, Missouri. Arrested on December 1, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Douglas Mollet, age 23, of Breese, Illinois. Arrested on December 2, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Anthony Smith, age 34, of St. Louis, Missouri. Arrested on December 4, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI
* Tiffany Moss, age 23, of Granite City, Illinois. Arrested on December 4, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Wayne Felton, age 29, of Cahokia, Illinois. Arrested on December 4, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Michael Deist, age 18, of Bethalto, Illinois. Arrested on December 4, 2010 in Madison County for Zero Tollerance.
THE PUBLIC IS REMINDED THAT ALL ARRESTED PERSONS ARE MERELY ACCUSED OF THE CHARGES AGAINST THEM AND ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
