COLLINSVILLE, IL � Lieutenant Parsons, Interim District 11 Commander, announces the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) enforcement activity for the week of Monday, December 20 through Sunday, December 26. District 11 Troopers arrested and charged the following subjects DUI:
* Richard Reynolds, age 63, from Fairview Heights, Illinois. Arrested on December 21, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
* Mark Pittellie, age 29, from Travers City, Michigan. Arrested on December 23, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Nathan Schonhoff, age 31, from Glen Carbon, Illinois. Arrested on December 24, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* Larry Cox, age 56, from Madison, Illinois. Arrested on December 25, 2010 in Madison County for DUI.
* David Whitacre, age 23, from Lindenhurst, Illinois. Arrested on December 25, 2010 in St. Clair County for DUI.
THE PUBLIC IS REMINDED THAT ALL ARRESTED PERSONS ARE MERELY ACCUSED OF THE CHARGES AGAINST THEM AND ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
