Narrative:
Units one, was traveling I-255 northbound ramp to I-270. Unit one ran off
the road to the right, over corrected by turning left, crossed both lanes
of traffic, and struck the face of the guardrail on the west side of the
roadway. Unit one then became overturned and rolled multiple times. The
vehicle came to rest on it's wheels. Passenger Shobe was not wearing a
seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle. Unit one driver
stated she was traveling on the highway when her vehicle started to shake.
She stated she then applies her brakes and then struck the guardrail.
