Narrative:
On 07/06/11 Unit 1 was travelling Eastbound on St. Clair Ave. Unit 1 was fleeing from a traffic stop by Brooklyn PD. Unit 1 was travelling at a high rate of speed. Unit 1 lost control coming around a curve and went off the roadway to the right. Unit 1 then struck a utility pole with the front end. Unit 1 driver then overcorrected and caused the vehicle to turn onto its right side. Unit 1 driver was partially ejected. Unit 1 came to final rest on its roof. Unit 1 driver was pronounced deceased on scene by Deputy Coroner Darnell.
