Narrative:
Unit 1 was traveling west on Illinois Route 156 approximately 719 feet west
of Klein School Road. Unit 1 went off the roadway to the right (north) for
unknown reasons. Unit 1 drove into a field, and then into a steep drainage
ditch. Unit 1 then flipped into the air, and rolled.
Koch was pronounced dead at the scene by St. Clair County Deputy Coroner
Schildnecht at 7:25 a.m., and the family was notified by him approximately
2 hours later.
There were no other vehicles or people involved in the crash, and there
were no witnesses. Koch was wearing her seat belt at the time of the
crash.

until the government is able to prove its charges in court beyond a
reasonable doubt.
