Narrative:	Unit 1 and Unit 2 were Southbound on I-55 near milepost 57, both in the right lane. Unit 2 was in front of Unit 1.  Unit 2 had slowed for construction traffic.  The driver of Unit 1 did not realize that Unit 2 had slowed in time to avoid striking Unit 2.  The right front of Unit 1 struck the left rear of the trailer pulled by Unit 2.  There were 41 total people on the bus, including the driver,  chaperones and 33 students.
